A network of hundreds of well-connected Utah lawyers and judges are secretly allowed to exploit thousands of Utah families every year. They do this in more than a dozen secret ways by hiding behind outdated laws and piling up fortunes as they go.

Utah's Black Market Imposter Legal System

A cash cow playground for loyalist lawyers and judges? Infested with corruption? Or just broken people making do with a run-a-way-train system?

Since 1932 the organization that is supposed to supervise lawyers for "The State of Utah" has secretly been hiding behind deceptive illusions. Way back then part-time state lawmakers, many who were actually full-time civilian lawyers, created this self-serving set up. To avoid accountability to the public, rather than have an actual "State" office supervise their actions as civilian lawyers, they created a law to secretly allow themselves to supervise themselves under the banner of a private corporation. They even gave the private corporation a deceptive name to make it sound like it was part of the government of "The State of Utah" even though it is not. Today, this name is still "Utah State Bar". Then they went even further and secretly made sure "Utah State Bar" was quietly funded by the very same lawyers it is supposed to supervise. This is an unconscionable conflict of interest and it contributes to why "Utah State Bar" does not supervise certain circles among Utah's 5,000 lawyers like it should.

This is also why, since then, certain circles of loyalist lawyers and judges in Utah have used at least nine additional secret loopholes in insidious ways to hide behind their illusions of the law and pile up fortunes by targeting vulnerable Utahans from all walks of life. They disguise their victims as their "clients". Although many victims have know idea they were deceived all those years, all victims are left devastated, many never recover and some don't survive (due to suicide.)

This self-serving set up for Utah lawyers is like a boxing league secretly allowing referees to get paid tens of thousands of dollars more the longer they let the fight go on. There's a reason boxing leagues aren't allowed to operate like "Utah State Bar".

It's even more disturbing that actual agencies of the "State of Utah" publicly supervise tens of thousands of other State licensees. This includes real estate agents, mortgage agents and insurance agents. What other horrors would we see if these State licensees too were secretly allowed to hide behind their own illusions of "law" like Utah lawyers secretly are? What liability is there for "The State of Utah" for allowing this unconscionable double standard to secretly go on for decades resulting in tens of thousands of corrupt cases including business, custody, collection and eviction matters?

Without a doubt, this deception contributes to why Utah is also the only state in the Nation consistently ranked among the worst states in the Nation for suicide, child abuse and financial fraud year after year.

These nine loopholes and more have all been reported to more than a dozen relevant State offices and agencies from the Governors office down yet like those other horrible statistics, they too continue to go ignored.

PROTECT YOURSELF, YOUR LOVED ONES AND YOUR NEIGHBORS BY BEING AWARE OF THESE 9 LOOPHOLES USED BY SECRET CIRCLES OF UTAH LAWYERS AND JUDGES

#1) THEY are emotionally grooming vulnerable victims disguised as "clients". They do this so they can turn simple matters into endlessly complex matters with pages and pages of different filings and forms that they can drag on for years and that will require endless hours of a victim's time. They do this in business, divorce, custody, collection and eviction matters so they can bill tens of thousands of dollars (or more) the longer they drag them on. They commit mail fraud, they verbally abuse, they lie, they instigate, they make false promises, they use catchy words from TV like "that big day in court", they file unnecessary documents that take months to move past, they collude with the other lawyer, they do things with the other lawyer, they date the other lawyer, they withhold settlement offers between parties and they blame the court for the delays (even though they secretly handle identical matters for themselves in a matter of weeks.) The judges play along.

To avoid this, settle matters between yourselves or try a mediator without lawyers first.

#2) THEY are pocketing thousands of dollars in upfront retainer fees from targets disguised as "clients" and then they are withdrawing from the target's case just weeks later without doing anything. This can also destroy a targets credit and prevent opportunities for employment and home ownership. Victims of this find themselves far worse off then before they met the loyalist lawyer. This tactic is so rampant among loyalist Utah lawyers that some victims have had more than one do this to them.

#3) THEY falsely inflate bills and then use the loyalist court network to steal their own "client's" homes. They do this by filing liens on their own "clients" homes. This is why many loyalist lawyers ask a prospective "client" if they own a home. (Watch for this red flag in the very beginning.)

To not get caught doing this, some loyalist Utah lawyers seem to change all or part of their business name every couple years so the liens they file against their own "clients" homes are harder to discover in Utah's outdated "Xchange" case search system.

Some loyalist Utah lawyers steal tens of thousands of dollars from each victim. Some do this to dozens of victims each year. Some tell landowners they wont stop doing things like this to them until the landowner pays them millions.

#4) THEY are turning abuse claims by battered women into a lucrative cottage industry by misleading these vulnerable abuse victims with false costs of protective orders. They tell victims protective orders cost $5,000 (or more) when they are actually FREE online under a federal program. Many victims leave distraught and continue to be abused indefinitely (if they survive.)

#5 THEY can pile up an additional fortune for themselves if they overwhelm their victims disguised as their "clients" so much that the person finally loses all hope and commits suicide. (Just like a boxer committing suicide to finally stop the pain under a psychopathic referee.) The well-connected, loyalist lawyer can do this this without the deceased person's surviving and needy children or other family members knowing too. They can do it without getting caught by simply adding tens of thousands of dollars to the deceased persons bill after the person passes away. They take the money from insurance by using the lien method to force the sale of the victim's home (and force surviving children and other family members out.)

The sociopathic level of impunity that secret circle loyalist Utah lawyers treat their "client's" with is so far beyond being unprofessional or having a lack of human concern for the "client" that it really seems that their hidden intent is to get their "client" to commit suicide so they can secretly steal this additional fortune.

It would be an alarming day if the books of many well-connected, loyalist Utah lawyers were forced to be opened so we could see how many accounts had thousands of dollars added to them after someone died.

#6) BECAUSE OF UTAH'S SECRET CIRCLES, if a loyalist lawyer's "client" somehow survives the years of undermining and exploitation and still has the presence of mind and the access to finances to attempt to take the loyalist lawyer to court over the tens of thousands of dollars of false fees, "The Utah Appellate Court" who will eventually handle the matter after another year or two of struggle has revealed that they too will secretly let the loyalist lawyer go free even if they symbolically rule in favor of the victim. (This has happened and the loyalist lawyer continues to do the same thing to more victims every year.)

#7) THEY are using secret loopholes allowed by the "Utah Supreme Court", the "Utah Administrative Office of the Court", the "Utah Judiciary" and the "Utah Judicial Conduct Commission" to collude with each other, with judges, with custody evaluators, with mediators and other court appointees. This includes committing mail fraud by falsely claiming critical items were mailed without actually mailing them. This happens because the court's secret circles don't require lawyers to show proof that they mailed something, they just have to say they did even if they are lying and as one of them confessed they "lie all the time".

These loopholes also allow loyalist judges to implement fake or "made up" procedures. Some courtroom audio even reveals a loyalist Judge who uses dark tactics previously hidden in other manipulation scripts to perpetuate this and favor loyalist lawyers. This tactic by the loyalist judge is likely designed to provoke a person to react in a way that the Judge can then use to throw the person in jail, charge the person with a false contempt-of-court, get the person to self-medicate themselves into oblivion, get the victim to commit suicide or otherwise be able to blame the victim.

#8) THEY are posing as collection agents and using the secret circles to target innocent people with false amounts. They then add thousands of dollars more to those false amounts as their own false fees as a scare tactic to force the innocent people to "shut up and pay up".

#9) THEY can abuse expensive drugs, alcohol and more and secretly make their "clients" pay for it. If a loyalist lawyer develops a $5,000 a month cocaine habit, all they have to do is randomly add $5,000 to their random "clients" bills as "billable hours" to support it. If they show up to court high or drunk, the loyalist judge will pretend not to notice and will even play along. (Remember male and female loyalist judges can be former friends, partners, buddies, country club members, "associates", etc...with the current male and female loyalist lawyers).

Part of why this is secretly happening in Utah may be because in Utah, a controlling percentage of politicians, judges, lawyers, mediators, custody evaluators and other critical "public" role players are also loyalists to the same global organization.

Within that collective culture, as loyalists, they are also expected to donate at least 10% of their income to perpetuating that global organization's ecclesiastical objectives. Although parts of that organization do claim to have ecclesiastical objectives, in reality, in recent years, it has been revealed that the organization has expanded into stock interests worth well over $100 billion dollars (that part of the organization's fortune is among the top five cash reserves in the USA). The organization also holds commercial real estate interests worth tens of billions of dollars, political interests worth tens of millions of dollars, a prominent Utah university (BYU) with locations in 3 US states (Utah, Idaho and Hawaii) and, believe it or not, a Utah law school (the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU) where the majority of that collective controlling majority also received their education credentials for university and/or law certifications. Because of those credentials, that collective controlling majority is also closely intertwined with the university and law school in other cultural, political, personal, professional and even nepotistic ways. (It's important to note that the organization requires all professors and staff of it's university and law school to also be paying loyalists of the organization's stated ecclesiastical objectives and to be held accountable as such.)

Also happening in Utah is that loyalist judges used to be lawyers too and are not elected by the public, they are appointed by the Utah governor who, for the past several decades have also all been loyalists to the same organization. It seems some of the judges even had their resumes bolstered in peculiar ways when they were lawyers by the well-connected judges ahead of them as a clandestine way to eventually justify their eventual "appointments" to the bench to protect the interests of the collective controlling majority.

Also happening in Utah is that the global organization's ecclesiastical purposes are claimed to be led by a group of 3 men known as "The First Presidency" overseeing a group of 12 men known as "The Quorum of the 12" yet, unconscionably, some of the men in those roles are also former Utah lawyers and/or judges. Currently one of the men in the "First Presidency" is a former member of the "Utah Supreme Court". He is also a multi-generational descendent of the original New York family who financed the well orchestrated beginnings of the global organization (beginnings which continue to have patriotic, but violent and conflicting reports revealed about them). Because of polygamy's former role in the global organization's history, 99% of the men who have held a role in those 15 rotating positions have also all been related and because of that there are also other generational connections between the men in the organization and men in Utah's public roles. Additionally, another loophole allows judges to direct millions of dollars a year to certain law firms. This may be because in Utah judges are also allowed to be shareholders or partners in law firms they were part when they were lawyers and that ferry cases to them.

Even though there are names of perpetrators to be revealed and thousands of victims a year, proof exists that the victims who do come forward continue to go ignored by "Utah State Bar", by the "Office of Professional Conduct", by the "Judicial Conduct Commission", by the "Utah Administrative Office of the Court", by the "Utah Supreme Court" and by all of Utah's well-connected, controlling loyalist politicians from the top down. Whether it's by disbelief, nepotism, impunity, apathy, enabling certain circles or a mixture of all of them, the critical role players at these organizations, at Utah's universities and at Utah's two law schools collectively refuse to acknowledge that these nine loopholes exist. (Remember that Utah's current governor is a lawyer and many past and present part-time legislators were or are full-time Utah lawyers who were also credentialed by the organization's law school). The measure of each person's intertwined role in that global organization as it relates to Utah State Bar's illusions and the nine loopholes is yet to be determined.

Because of the several ways certain circles of these loyalists are allowed to hide behind the law and exploit thousands of innocent Utahans each year, because of U.S. laws like "R.I.C.O" and because of "The State of Utah's" collective refusal to acknowledge the nine loopholes and the countless insidious crimes of these certain circles, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for "The State of Utah", for those who engage in these horrors, for those who have looked the other way and for those who continue to look the other way. Perhaps the reason all those within critical roles of "The State of Utah" collectively continues to look the other way is because "The State of Utah" would be on the hook for billions upon billions of dollars in liability for decades of collusion and misrepresentation?

It's important to also note that while "The State of Utah" requires real estate agents to provide certain disclosures to prospective clients, it does not require lawyers to provide any disclosures at all. If it had for all these years it's highly likely we would not be seeing the horrors that we are.

As of August, 2021, Utah is home to about 3.2 million people. The state is 350 miles long, 250 miles wide and offers more than 11,000 vertical feet in elevation differences to full-time residents, part-time residents and guests. Like other Western states the number of residents has grown by a few hundred thousand people in just the past few years for many insightful reasons. If you happen to be familiar with the Utah based organization known as "Mormonism", you probably know that most followers are benevolent people most the time. It will also probably come as no surprise to you that because of the cultural prominence of Mormonism in rural regions of Utah that lasted for more than 100 years, ALL of Utah's political, legal, educational, municipal and media offices are still under the control of Mormonism. However, what may come as a surprise to you is that the next generations of followers are being taught something about critical parts of Mormonism that is very different than what previous generations were taught. It seems that for one reason or another a few individuals quietly made these changes for the newer generation without telling the others. If confusion of this magnitude affecting followers of Mormonism can exist in Mormonism's most reserved places, it shouldn't be surprising to discover that deception of a greater magnitude at the hands of Mormonism and affecting all Utahan's can also exist. This deception allows a network of hundreds of crooked, well-connected, Utah lawyers and judges to use over a dozen secret loopholes to exploit thousands of Utah families every year and steal fortunes from each one as they go.

This is happening because just like the secret changes to "new names" in Mormonism, these loopholes were also secretly modified by just a few well-connected individuals. All victims are left devastated. Many never recover. Some don't survive. The crooked lawyers and judges pile up cash all along the crooked way.

Because of the collective imagination of the culture, Utah's well-connected, Mormon controlled politicians and others in critical offices continue to allow it and even look the other way when the guilty are exposed.

Is this because if they did punish the guilty, they would be publicly acknowledging that their entire system has been corrupt for decades and exposing it could cost the State billions in liability for thousands of past cases? If the well-connected politicians and others continue to refuse to acknowledge this network of corruption does that make them just as guilty?

In 2018, myself and others begin attempting to share these alarming discoveries with all the responsible offices in Utah. I personally left voicemails. I sent letters and emails. I hand delivered reports. I naively believed that awareness would bring about the political and legal changes needed, protect the people of Utah from these loopholes and even send the guilty to prison.

Since then, the list of leaders I have reached out to on numerous occasions includes two different Utah governors (Herbert and Cox), Utah's current Attorney General (Reyes), Utah State Senators (Hatch, Lee and Romney) all of Utah's current 100 person legislature (many who are lawyers too) (2) (3), local business luminaries (some connected to public and private local universities and law schools) and even leaders of "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints" who previously held critical roles in Utah's legal offices. This includes the office of Dallin Harris Oaks who is among the three most senior leaders within Mormonism. He is also a former member of the Utah Supreme Court, former President of BYU (home of J. Rueben Clark Law School) and a former Utah and Illinois attorney. He is also a descendant of the colonial, wealthy, well-connected, influential, patriotic Harris family who were the original financiers of Mormonism (the colonial family even played a key role in building the Erie Canal which historians will tell you made New York City the global financial hub that it is today) (4). Others have also been attorneys (5). There are also generational connections throughout Mormonism and Utah's political and legal systems.

For one reason or another our letters, emails, voicemails, polite in person visits and requests for appointments went ignored.

It didn't take long for me to realize why these deceptions that started decades ago by a select few might continue to stay hidden if further attempts at public awareness were not made. I persisted and finally, in March of 2020 I began publicly sharing these discoveries. Since then, more victims have reached out to me. Unbelievably, that resulted in even more corruption being revealed.

That this all has been allowed happen to the people of Utah without the State of Utah and hundreds of it's leaders being accountable to federal authorities is even more alarming. However, I have no doubt that, for reasons of their own, some of the people who are aware of parts of this corruption want it to finally be exposed and corrected, they are just too scared to come forward alone.

In the State of Utah's well-connected offices it's no secret that the dark door of corruption has been open for decades.

One of the dirty secrets that you may not be aware of however is that there is no real State financed supervision of lawyers in Utah. There is only the disturbing illusion of it.

This means that when by choice or necessity, you hire one of Utah's 6,500 lawyers you are submitting your livelihood to a person who can secretly hide behind the law and take advantage of you for their own gain.

This dark door of deception was opened by well-connected politicians who were also lawyers way back in 1932. That private corporation's name is "Utah State Bar". For decades, the Utah Governors office, the Utah Attorney General's Office, the Utah Supreme Court, all Utah lawyers, all Utah judges, Utah's two law schools, court appointed professionals and other appointees numbering in the thousands upon thousands of people have self-servingly and secretly allowed this lucrative deception upon you to continue without saying or doing anything about it.

HOW IT SECRETLY HAPPENS

To do their part to keep all this hidden, the people behind Utah State Bar have been taught to lead vulnerable complainants down exhausting, unpredictable, time consuming and duplicitous complaint receiving processes that Utah State Bar will ultimately will never respond to. This includes an "informal" complaint receiving process then an even more peculiar, duplicitous, "formal" complaint receiving process complete with an added, erroneous, "Notary Public Requirement". After secretly dragging the complainant down this devastating path for months, eventually, the people behind Utah State Bar will inform the complainant that their only real recourse the complainant has against the crooked Utah lawyer is to hire another self-supervised Utah lawyer to sue the first one at a devastating cost and risk of thousands of more dollars and more years of unpredictable waiting. The crooked lawyers know this.

UTAH'S UNIQUE STAKEHOLDER FINANCED LAW SCHOOLS ARE A BREEDING GROUND FOR DECEPTION

Of the two Utah law schools involved one is at the University of Utah (U of U) and named the "S.J. Quinney College of Law". It is financed by the taxpayers of The State of Utah and stakeholders. The other law school is at Brigham Young University (BYU) and named the “J. Reuben Clark Law School”. It is only financied by stakeholders. Together they perpetuate the myth of "The Utah State Bar" upon the public.

OFF THE RAILS DECEPTION IN UTAH

While 32 other US jurisdictions might also have similar shill associations to respond to complaints about thousands of their own crooked lawyers, the people in those shill associations are not allowed to be as uniquely connected as the stakeholder-driven, secret cult of hundreds of crooked people that has silently grown behind the horrors of this deception.

For decades, the men and women behind this secret cult have been able to silently perpetuate their culture of corruption by hiding behind the law and the unique, conditioned, trusting culture in Utah.

This happens because the corrupt court network secretly doesn't require lawyers to show proof that they mailed something, they just have to say they did.

These loopholes also allow judges to implement fake or "made up" procedures for the corrupt court network. Some courtroom audio even reveals a crooked Judge who uses insidious methods previously hidden in other manipulation scripts to perpetuate this devastation and favor certain crooked lawyers. This tactic by the crooked judge is likely designed to provoke a person to react in a way that the Judge can then use to throw the person in jail, charge the person with a false contempt-of-court, get the person to self-medicate themselves into oblivion from the stress, get the victim to commit suicide or otherwise be able to blame the victim.

Because of these loopholes crooked Judges are also able to secretly control what lawyers and what law offices collect other fortunes from other artificially inflated court network fees every year (even law offices the judges are secretly allowed to be partners in). Remember judges used to be lawyers too and in Utah judges aren't elected, they are appointed by well-connected politicians.

#8) CROOKED UTAH LAWYERS are posing as collection agents and using the corrupt court network to target innocent people with false amounts. They then add thousands of dollars more to those false amounts as a scare tactic to force the innocent people to "shut up and pay up".

#9) CROOKED UTAH LAWYERS can party and abuse expensive drugs, alcohol and more and secretly make their "clients" pay for it. If a crooked lawyer develops a $5,000 a month cocaine habit, all they have to do is randomly add $5,000 to random "clients" bills as "billable hours" to support it. If they show up to court high or drunk, the corrupt judge will pretend not to notice and even play along. (Remember crooked judges can be former party friends, partners, buddies, intimate associates, teacher's pets, etc...with current crooked lawyers).

#10) CROOKED UTAH LAWYERS AND JUDGES pass these deceptions on through the University of Utah's SJ Quinney College of Law, the Brigham Young University J Reuben Clark Law School, other local clubs, the Mormon controlled religious network and other cultural ways. This unique, well-connected, tribalism this is how the resumes of certain crooked Utah lawyers are intentionally spiked for years and years so that those crooked lawyers can be the named judges in the future and continue the deception.

#11) CROOKED UTAH LAWYERS know these secrets and their "clients" don't. Using the fake illusions of a Utah "law license", a self-serving "Code of Ethics" or the fraudulent corporation masquerading as "Utah State Bar" they hide behind the illusion of the law to terrorize their "clients" under the banners of "Divorce", "Custody" and "Collection" and pile up one fortune after another without really doing any "legal" work. All "clients" are left devastated. Many never recover. Some don't survive. (Just the way the crooked lawyers and judges want it).

THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM FOR THE STATE OF UTAH AND IT GETS WORSE

Here are SEVEN critical questions that remain for "The State of Utah" and it's past and present leaders:

#1) How is it that since 1932 Utah lawyers have been allowed to secretly finance the same office that provides the illusion of “State Financed” supervision for them?

#2) Why has The Utah Appellate Court privately ruled against these crooked lawyers but instead of sending them to prison as felon's they secretly allow the crooked lawyers to go free?

#3) Why are critical loopholes secretly allowed by the Utah Administrative Office of the Court?

#4) Is The State of Utah liable for untold loss and damages to thousands upon thousands of members of it’s population over the years for simultaneously creating and breaking a critical fiduciary duty to it's population? This is because The State of Utah has provided State Financed supervision for tens of thousands of other licensees like real estate agents, mortgage agents and insurance agents while also providing only the illusion of State Financed supervision for Utah's 6,500 lawyers. Is this billion dollar liability why none of the people with the critical offices of The State of Utah will acknowledge it? If not this, is The State of Utah guilty of criminal negligence for allowing an Appellate Court judge to rule against a crooked Utah lawyer but then set the crooked Utah lawyer free to devastate dozens of more victims lives? How many other times has something like this secretly been allowed to happen?

#5) For their own rolls in perpetuation this deception should law schools in The State of Utah be immediately shuttered until solutions to all this are implemented? Utah's suspension of the bar exam requirement demonstrates in no uncertain way how trade secrets and processes are expected to be passed from the initiated to the uninitiated.

#6) If accountability isn't immediately acknowledged and solutions aren't going to be immediately implemented by local Utah leaders should the President of the United States be called upon to implement the Insurrection Act of 1807 against Utah's corrupt State government to protect Utah's 3.2 million citizens?

#7) If no action is taken by The State of Utah or the Feds, who will be to blame for the additional tragedies?

HISTORY IN UTAH AND THE U.S.A.

The 1930's, when all this started, had plenty of weird or horrible things going on (like other regrettable parts of U.S. History) but while those parts all ran their course and eventually ended, this insidious deception is still happening in Utah. For example, the 1930's brought The Great Depression (1929-1933) as well as many local and nationally intellectually polarizing events. This includes when a Mormon owned newspaper publicly endorsed Adolf Hitler as the next leader of Germany, the peculiar National adoration of cop killers Bonnie and Clyde, the awe inspiring completion of the Empire State Building (the worlds tallest building at the time), the "War of The Worlds" book turned overnight psuedo-alien invasion radio broadcast (1938) and Hitler's end in 1945. So what does all this say about the hundreds of past and present Utah leaders who still allow this secret corruption to happen in Utah?

PECULIAR HISTORY AND GENERATIONS OF BLURRED POLITICAL AND LEGAL CONNECTIONS IN UTAH

Something that cannot be ignored when it comes to Utah's peculiar legal workings is that Utah's powerful judges are quietly appointed by the Governor and the last non-LDS Utah Governor was more than 64 years ago (Bracken Lee 1949-1957).

During the past 64 years, the secret culture of corruption hiding behind Mormonism has become so rampant that not only does the Utah offices of the Governor, Attorney General, Utah Supreme Court, The Utah Judiciary, The Utah Judicial Conduct Commission and the entire Utah State Legislature look the other way but so do the locally managed Utah offices of the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), the Office of Recovery Services (ORS), the FBI, the FTC, the IRS and the U.S. Attorney. This is all exacerbated by the fact that all the leaders looking the other way and the lawyers and judges committing the corruption all pay into the LDS organization (tithing). Some have suggested this opens the door for penalties under the the RICO act.

OTHER CONNECTIONS

Most people are unaware that for nearly 200 years all of Mormonism's 15 highest ranking leaders ("The Quorum of the 12" and the three member "First Presidency") have all been related in one way or another although some might attribute these close family ties to polygamy practiced during the organization's first 60 years and the hundreds of matriarchal bloodlines created.

Even though as a current member of the "First Presidency" Dallin Harris Oaks was also once a member of the Utah Supreme Court in the 1980's while these eleven law deceptions were going on and he is also a former president of LDS stakeholder financed BYU (home of the J.Reuben Clark Law School) and even though all of Utah's other critical State offices including the Governor, Attorney General, State Senators, District Senators, Judges etc...have also always been 99% occupied by lifelong followers of Mormonism, it's important to note that as a critical local ecclesiastical leader it's impossible to know Oak's awareness of this corruption or his motives during his time in these roles without him going on the record about them. Afterall, just because someone is part of a family doesn't mean they understand, know or participate in everything the family has done or does.

QUIET CHANGES CONTINUE TO HAPPEN

Since I've publicly raised awareness of this corruption, the Dean of the University of Utah's SJ Quinney College of Law, the Director of the Utah Administrative Office of the Court and the Director of Utah State Bar, have quietly left their positions. Utah State Bar has also tried to quietly make other staffing changes in an effort to keep this corruption hidden. This includes Utah State Bar attempting to quietly disassociate from another psuedo office known as the "Office of Professional Conduct" ("OPC") by claiming that the "OPC" is no longer a part of them and that it now "regulates" Utah lawyers. Most days the OPC website doesn't even work. This is all just more deception and more indication that certain individuals within "The State of Utah" will continue going to great lengths to hide all this.

UTAH'S OPPORTUNITY

As all this continues to unfold, do not fall for the provocations of these corrupt people. That is exactly what they want you to do. As tragic as this all is, it all equals opportunity and greater purpose for millions of victims in Utah to fix this corruption and create a legislative model for other states experiencing some of the same challenges. Stay smart. Stay alive. Be heard. Be seen. Share your story. Just by doing this you are beating the devil at his own game.

Because as people they have been victims of this tarteting too they are acutely aware of how these deceptions can contribute to a person self-medicating with alcohol or drugs and eventually experiencing a temporary but tragic or regrettable moment that results in their response as Law Enforcement Officers. Brave officers in your own community who are aware of this corruption will be empowered to deescalate and inform victims before tragedy becomes imminent. Make sure YOUR local police department is aware of this corruption! A BRIEF BIO ABOUT ME

You probably noticed that my name is Michael-Dean Jarman. On some day's I'm a heck-of-a State licensed advocate for people evaluating the different opportunities that Utah's diverse residential, commercial and mountain resort real estate markets can offer. On other days I can be pretty hapless in my ambitious pursuits (fortunately for me that goes with the territory).

Because of my diverse line of work and as happenstance tends to happen to occasionally hapless people, about 3.5 years ago, I unknowingly started on this journey that would lead to me discovering deception within The State of Utah's most critical law offices and departments. Because this deception related to my line of work and affected victims from all walks of life and although I am not a writer I continued to raise the alarm about this with all of Utah's well-connected offices. I was ignored by them all. As I pressed on however and shared this message publicly in different ways, victims of other nightmares at the hands of The State of Utah began to reach out to me with their own stories. The message grew as the scope of the corruption expanded in unconscionable ways far beyond the devastating ways it originally related to clients in my line of work.

Even if some of the conversations can be uncomfortable at times, I continue to share this message with people inside and outside of Utah because real progress for Utah is found in open conversation, not in silence, propaganda or selective misrepresentation. Because of that, the right people are seeing this alarming information as an opportunity to save lives and bring desperately needed change and healing to Utah.
